Philippa Bason, Property Manager
“I just love my job!”
Philippa leads the way in keeping the Marrington Estate on top of its A-game. Always willing to get stuck in, Philippa and her team work tirelessly to ensure that each guest experiences the perfect stay on our beautiful Estate.
Philippa started her career in the property industry over thirty years ago. Throughout her career, she has continued to build trusted relationships with those around her with a winning smile, wicked sense of humour and professional eye for detail.
Sarah Jane Hodgetts, Head Housekeeper
“If I’m not busy helping, I’m not happy!”
Dedicated to ensuring every detail is just right, Sarah-Jane is responsible for keeping each of our self-catered properties in Shropshire immaculate and getaway-ready. Having lived near the Marrington Estate for over thirty years, she knows the Estate, the surrounding area and its local suppliers inside out.
Sarah-Jane oversees the Housekeeping team, and is on hand to offer assistance whenever required.
Katie Morris, Marketing Director
“Revitalising these idyllic country properties has been a joy”
Heading up the Marketing team at Marrington, Katie also worked closely with Philippa to interior design and decorate our beautiful property portfolio. Alongside her husband Chris and family, she is delighted to welcome guests to share the magic of the Marrington Estate.
Katie has forty years’ Marketing experience, over twenty spent in London agencies working with global clients including Coca Cola before joining the Morris family and setting up the company’s Marketing department.
