When booking Little Roundton you will have exclusive use of the house (but only using its 2 ground floor bedrooms), and its private garden for up to four guests.
Little Roundton is the perfect bolthole for small families and friends looking for a luxury rural retreat. From the private hot tub to the generous relaxation spaces, this ground-floor only option has two bedrooms plus all the benefits of the big house experience. Enter via the courtyard door and you’ll be greeted with the generous farmhouse kitchen to your right and the cosy sitting room to your left. The sitting room opens out onto the sunny patio, where you can dine alfresco and take a dip in the tub. The adjoining Caradoc bedroom has a king size bed, complete with luxury linens and use of the large shower room.
Make your way to the other side of this quirky country house to find the large kitchen, utility room and dining room with French doors, which overlook the second garden area. You’ll be spoilt for choice for comfy seating in the large living room as you cosy up and recover from a day of exploring. The second bedroom next to the living room and is glamorous and dramatic with its A frame beams, silver bedside furniture, king size bed and large, bright en-suite.

We had a lovely long weekend stay - the house was really great, clean and homely but also elegantly furnished and finished with great care. The kitchen had a really good selection of crockery and cooking utensils too which made things so much easier. The weather was kind, the food was good as was the company so the house provided the perfect location for a birthday weekend
We had such a wonderful stay at Roundton House for a family member’s special milestone birthday. We can honestly say it’s the best holiday rental we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and everything we could have needed was provided. The location is stunning with beautiful walks on the private estate. The hot tub in the garden was a great extra. We also had a private caterer cook a meal for our group one evening, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. We look forward to coming back!
Thanks to Phillipa, Jason, Sarah Jane and Katie for a fabulous stay, the facility and communication were great and service and response was wonderful. A beautiful house and lovely team to deal with. What a gorgeous location, we had several visitors over our stay and this was the perfect spot for such gatherings! we braved the hot tub several times and didn't need the 'heated tunnel' I joked to Jason about :) we were so lucky with weather which just added to the experience.
