There are so many beautiful walks in and around Marrington. If you want to step out and truly connect with the stunning landscapes that surround the estate, then why not book an unforgettable guided tour led by local guide, Andy Stevenson.
As the creator of our Offa’s Dyke and Mitchell’s Fold Walks, Andy is a seasoned professional who has been leading walking groups for over 15 years. He’ll share his knowledge of the natural beauty, local history, and hidden gems of the area – from the Marrington Estate all the way to the charming local town of Montgomery.
What to expect?
Andy will meet you at the nominated walk start points and guide you along a specially chosen route. You won’t have to worry about maps or getting lost; just relax and immerse yourself in the scenery! At the end of your adventure, he will ensure a comfortable return right back to the meeting point.
Walks vary from an easy 2 miles at around an hour’s walking (Stapeley Hill) to more moderate challenges of 8+ miles (Offa’s Dyke) at around 3.5 hours walking. Most walks are relatively flat but on the Corndon Hill walk you’ll climb up over 600ft to its summit with panoramic views.
