There was plenty of tail wagging excitement at Marrington Lodge this week as our latest luxury holiday rental  opened its doors for the first time.

Having had the thrill of being selected as Finalists in the 2024 West Midlands Tourism Awards, members of our Marrington Escapes team were excited to attend the celebrations at the recent event held at The Bear Grylls Adventure venue.

There are four Dark Sky Discovery Sites within the Shropshire Hills, all on or around the Long Mynd in Church Stretton. All four of these sites have the darkest ‘Milky Way Class Rating’, meaning that the skies become dark enough to see the Milky Way with the naked eye.
